Pro220K™ Tone and Filter Probe Kit
The Armada Technologies Pro220K™ Advanced AC Filtered Tone & Probe Kit is a professional wire-tracing solution designed to help contractors and technicians quickly identify and locate the far-end termination of a specific wire or cable. By combining the Pro110™ Tone Generator with the Pro210F™ Advanced Filter Tone Probe, the kit makes it easier to trace individual wires in bundles, panels, communication systems, and other wiring environments.
The Pro220K™ is built with advanced features that improve performance in challenging field conditions. Its AC noise rejection filter greatly reduces buzzing and humming caused by nearby electrical sources, helping technicians distinguish the intended tracing signal from unwanted interference.
The Pro210F™ probe also features an integrated LED headlight for illuminating dark work areas, while its metal/plastic combination tip is designed to provide strong signal response while helping protect sensitive equipment. Powered by AA batteries, the probe delivers 250+ hours of operating time, making it a dependable tool for extended field use.

Overview
The Pro220K™ works by placing a distinctive tone onto a wire with the Pro110™ tone generator and then following that tone with the Pro210F™ probe at the opposite end of the cable.
The Pro110™ connects to the wire using its attached alligator clips or RJ11 plug and generates the tracing signal. The technician then takes the Pro210F™ to the other end of the wiring and listens for its distinctive beep-beep-beep tone. The wire producing the strongest signal is the wire connected to the tone generator, allowing the technician to identify its termination point.
The Pro220K™ is particularly useful when wires are bundled together or when multiple similar cables make it difficult to determine which wire goes where. Its AC noise rejection technology helps improve signal clarity around electrical interference, while the LED probe headlight provides added visibility in dark panels, cabinets, ceilings, crawlspaces, and other confined areas.
